For the achievement of the Mission and the goals, the coalition conducts projects and seeks for financial support. The CDIA has a new strategic plan for the period 2009-2014 and it also has a plan for the developing of organizational capacities.
Both plans were elaborated in a participative way with the organizations members in an eight months period of work, during the years 2008-2009.
